The Bengals say they won't trade Carson Palmer, who wants to leave one of the NFL's least-successful franchises.

Owner Mike Brown reiterated Tuesday that he won't satisfy the quarterback's request to be dealt, saying a trade would reward Palmer for failing to play out the rest of his contract.

Fantasy Impact:

The Bengals desperately need a veteran QB, or else they'll be forced to turn to Andy Dalton to start the season. This situation will have a huge impact on the fantasy values of A.J. Green, Jerome Simpson and even Cedric Benson.
