Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said Tarvaris Jackson is coming into training camp as the team's starting quarterback.

While Jackson has a big arm and some rapport with Sidney Rice, he's never been a capable starter. The Vikings once benched him for Gus Frerotte. Don't target him on draft day.
