Dolphins rookie RB Daniel Thomas averaged more than 20 carries a game and 5.2 yards per carry the last two years at Kansas State, where he was the back-to-back Big 12 rushing leader. He figures to be the workhorse of the group and, at 6-foot, 230 pounds, has the size to take a pounding.

Sparano said his hands have been a pleasant surprise. "He catches the ball well out of the backfield," he said. "That's not a major skill for a lot of big backs."

While Reggie Bush has expressed a desire to be a feature back, offensive coordinator Brian Daboll has lined him up everywhere from tailback to slot receiver to wideout. He'll get his touches, but isn't likely to get more than 10-12 a game as a running back.

Fantasy Impact:

We're expecting Thomas to get more carries but Bush to get more catches, making him a bit more valuable in PPR formats. That could change if Thomas proves that he should be out there on passing downs, but it's unlikely that the Dolphins will give him many third-down snaps after bringing Bush in specifically to fill that role.

Keenan Allen is questionable with an ankle injury. He was limited on Friday, his first day on the participation report.

Fantasy Impact:

Separate reports called Swift "very likely" to play, but this is seemingly a new issue for Allen.

If Keenan were to miss Week 12, it would boost the floor of all pass-catchers, namely Moore, Oduzne, and Cole Kmet. Moore + Odunze would sneak closer to WR2 territory than their low-end WR3 designations they have with a healthy Allen.

“Just taking it day-by-day,” Reid added.

It was later reported that Pacheco was "healthy enough" but they're hoping to hold him back one more game with a short week coming up. This makes Hunt a volume-based RB2 in Week 12.

Lamb (back/foot) was limited in a walkthrough on Wednesday and missed practice on Thursday.
