"I have some extra motivation to do what the doubters don't think I can do," said RB Reggie Bush, who has averaged just 8.7 rushes in 60 NFL games. "That was one of the reasons I came here — to have a leadership role and an immediate impact as an explosive player. I'll get a chance to show more of what I can do … to prove that I can be a solid back in every phase."

HC Tony Sparano: "Now somebody's going to say, 'Well, he isn't big enough to be a full-time back.' There's no all-the-time backs in our league anymore. Everybody has a caddy, and that's no different than Reggie. Somebody's going to take some snaps off of him, but we're going to get a few more snaps out of him."

Fantasy Impact:

More and more it's sounding like the Dophins intend to utilize Bush as their lead back with Daniel Thomas taking the "caddy" role. In PPR formats, Bush will produce RB2 numbers while healthy, but he should not be drafted as a RB2 due to his propensity for injury.
