Saints running back Mark Ingram insisted Thursday the knee that kept him out of practice for two days is fine.
Ingram, who has looked strong throughout his rookie training camp, returned to practice Thursday.
Ingram's left knee was encased in a flexible brace at practice, but he said it won't slow him down against the Raiders. Ingram missed some time his senior season at Alabama after knee surgery.
"There's nothing wrong with it," Ingram said. "Just had a little bit of swelling in it, and it was just a matter of stopping it before it turned into anything. It's been doing great for a long time, so it's just a matter of keeping it going well. It's nothing serious; just being precautionary, and it felt great out there today. It doesn't hurt. There's really no pain in it."
