For almost a month now, Dallas Cowboys running back Felix Jones has played with an injured right shoulder.
Jones has been playing with a harness protecting his shoulder that he dislocated in the first quarter of the second game of the season Sept. 18 at San Francisco. He ranks 25th in the NFL with 241 rushing yards through four games.
Cowboys running backs coach Skip Peete said Jones has "been playing with a lot of pain." Jones said Friday that the injury is still bothering him.
"I can tell you this, it lets me know," Jones said. "It's still not 100 percent. I'm just trying to play through it and contribute and help out with my team."
Jones may not be 100 percent, but fantasy owners should continue to count on him as long as he retains the lead role in the Dallas backfield.
