Redskins RB Tim Hightower (shoulder) practiced fully Wednesday. Mike Shanahan said that Hightower would be the team's emergency third RB as long as his shoulder was iffy, but the full participation indicates that he's good to go. We still think Ryan Torain has the edge on the RB1 job there, but he didn't do himself any favors against the Eagles in Week 6.
