Vikings TE Visanthe Shiancoe (foot) missed practice again Thursday. Shiancoe is looking iffy for Week 8. Kyle Rudolph is suddenly looking like a sneaky start for owners desperate for help at TE. The Panthers are mediocre against opposing tight ends.
