Vikings RB Adrian Peterson (ankle) returned to limited practice reps Thursday after missing Wednesday practice. Peterson looks good to go for Week 8. His owners should handcuff Toby Gerhart, just to be safe. The matchup with the Panthers is too good to pass up.
