Buccaneers QB Josh Freeman (right shoulder, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 13. Freeman did some additional throwing on Friday, but is still a game-time decision for Sunday's game against the Panthers. Consider this a downgrade for Mike Williams, who has been coming on of late. Josh Johnson would get the start if Freeman can't go.

This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on, as Johnson would have a huge workload if Swift were to miss Week 12. Homer has three rush attempts and zero targets on the year.
