Saints RB Mark Ingram (toe) did not practice Wednesday. Turf toe usually knocks a player out for at least one game, so with Ingram potentially sidelined, Pierre Thomas and Darren Sproles are looking like nice starts against the Titans, who have been mediocre against opposing RBs this season.
