Cardinals QB Kevin Kolb (head) took limited practice reps again Thursday. The way Kolb is talking, it's no sure thing that he'll start in Week 15. He wants to be careful to "protect" his health. We're expecting John Skelton to get the start, which is good news for Larry Fitzgerald.
