Cardinals QB Kevin Kolb (head) took limited practice reps Wednesday. It's not clear if Kolb will get the start if he's active, as John Skelton has won five of his six starts. For what it's worth Kolb said he was not back to "normal" just yet.

Teven Jenkins will be limited.

This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on, as Johnson would have a huge workload if Swift were to miss Week 12. Homer has three rush attempts and zero targets on the year.
