Per a league source, the Atlanta Falcons have agreed to terms on a three-year deal worth $18.5 M for CB Asante Samuel. The Falcons will send a late round pick to the Eagles as compensation in the trade.

Fantasy Impact:

Per Pro Football Focus, Samuel was a Top 10 CB in coverage last year, so he should bolster a sketchy Falcons secondary. He is 31 years old, however, so the Falcons may regret this contract in a year or two.
