Earlier in minicamps, Pat Shurmur was talking up WR Mohamed Massaquoi. Then Browns President Mike Holmgren said "I think he's ready to have a breakout year." Holmgren correctly said Massaquoi had to be bothered by the concussions that he's had the last two years, and he also had a foot injury last summer that carried into training camp.
