When asked to name a player poised to surprise in 2012, Vikings OC Bill Musgrave replied, "I'd say (WR) Jerome Simpson. Jerome really has made a good first impression. We cannot hardly wait to get him into games, starting with the fourth one of the season. "

Fantasy Impact:

Simpson will be available very late in drafts due to the three-game suspension that will scare most fantasy owners off. He's another guy to target after Week 1 or Week 2 for those owners who miss out on the top waiver wire pickups early in the season.
