Vikings HC Leslie Frazier said RB Adrian Peterson is getting closer to coming of the PUP but "still not quite ready to put him out there."

Fantasy Impact:

This seems to point to Peterson being ready for Week 1. We're still dubious about his effectiveness in the early going, but Peterson has too much talent to ignore.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
