Texans WR Andre Johnson back at camp

Texans coach Gary Kubiak on WR Andre Johnson "I thought he looked good." Have him on a play count. Haven't decided if he will play first preseason game.

Fantasy Impact:

The team will likely be cautious with Johnson heading into the season, but he appears to be back and ready to go. There's a good chance he could slip a bit in drafts as owners don't want to risk he'll miss a big part of the season. But Johnson could really pay off if you can get him at a bit of a discount. We have Johnson ranked 13th among our WRs, but his ADP of the early third shows him going before that ranking would indicate.

Per Bears head coach Matt Eberflus: Ryan Bates remains in the concussion protocol. Elijah Hicks (ankle) and D'Andre Swift (groin) won't practice.

Teven Jenkins will be limited.

This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on, as Johnson would have a huge workload if Swift were to miss Week 12. Homer has three rush attempts and zero targets on the year.
