Ravens head coach John Harbaugh on WR Torrey Smith:

“He’s the most efficient improver, if that’s a word, I’ve ever seen,” Harbaugh said. “He gets the most out of every day and that’s why I think he’s going to be a great player.”

Harbaugh added, “[His] route-running’s improved. He’s improved his hands. He’s improved with understanding the blitz package, when he’s hot and when he’s not. He’s improved downfield with his blocking. Really, everything he’s gotten better.”

Fantasy Impact:

Smith is currently going in the 7th round and is a nice value there.
