Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles says he felt fresh in Friday’s preseason opener against the Cardinals.

“My body hasn’t taken any licks in 11 months, so I feel really good and ready to go,” Charles said. “It was good just to be on the field again and running the ball again in a real live game.”
