As the Cardinals begin their fourth week of training camp, the competition between quarterbacks John Skelton and Kevin Kolb remains as tight as it was a month ago.

That's not good news for the Cardinals because the situation is unsettled for the worst possible reason: Neither player has distinguished himself.
