During voluntary workouts, organized team activities, minicamp and training camp, Lions WR Titus Young has been almost impossible to stop during practices. He has the unique combination of speed, cutting ability, and great hands. Young has noticeably stood out this offseason, and appears poised for a breakout year.

"(Lions offensive coordinator) Scott (Linehan) told me that I was basically the X-factor," Young said. "I feel like from last year, me and Scott, we had a relationship ... it's just like trust in a relationship. You have to build that, and throughout the whole year and offseason, I feel like I've been building his trust, and we've been able to talk.

"We've been able to communicate better, and he's been able to let me know what he really wants out of me. It's a joy to be able to come to work every day and your coach is excited about seeing what you can do, what he really wants out of me."
