Browns rookie wide receiver Josh Gordon has often stopp...

Browns rookie wide receiver Josh Gordon has often stopped short of finishing plays and lacked overall hustle during camp, but coach Pat Shurmur believes Gordon is turning the corner and giving more effort as of late.

“The last couple of days, he’s practicing faster in my mind, catching the ball and running with it instead of catching it and stopping,” Shurmur said. “He’s learning how to do it better in practice, and as we all know if you see it here, then it’ll translate to the game.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a good sign for the rest of the offense too. This young Browns team has a chance to put things together eventually this season with a rookie QB (Brandon Weeden), rookie RB (Trent Richardson) and second-year player in WR Greg Little. Little could be a nice value pick late in drafts while Gordon, who likely won't get drafted, is someone who could eventually be nabbed off waiver wires.
