Barring any setbacks, wide receiver Denarius Moore looks to be a lock to face the Dolphins.
"He looked like the Denarius of old,'' quarterback Carson Palmer said. "He made a couple phenomenal catches.''
Moore said his conditioning is much better than a week ago, when he was bending over and gulping for air in between routes.
If Moore plays, he will be a high risk/high reward start for fantasy owners. There's always the chance of reinjury and Moore already has some risk to his game since he relies so much on the deep ball. His presence will put a dent in the targets for Rod Streater and Darrius Heyward-Bey, though the Raiders' passing game may open up and those players could be more productive with the targets that they do get.
