The Dolphins have temporarily lost faith in rookie running back Lamar Miller, who didn't play a single offensive snap in Sunday's win over Cincinnati.

But now, they may have no choice.

Daniel Thomas left Sunday's game with an injury and was evaluated for his second concussion in just five weeks. It's unknown at this time if Thomas did, in fact, suffer a concussion.

Fantasy Impact:

Miller almost has to be a factor this week if Thomas can't go. There have been rumors in the past weeks that Miller still didn't know the playbook, and almost every young back tends to struggle in pass protection. Miller likely won't get a high ranking this week among RBs, but if Thomas remains out may have some value as Bush's backup.
