Cleveland Browns coach Pat Shurmur confirmed that QB Brandon Weeden suffered a concussion in Sunday's 20-14 upset win over the visiting Steelers.
Shurmur did not reveal the severity of the injury, but said he spoke after the game with Weeden and that the QB was "responsive."
"He's good," Shurmur said. "We had a good conversation. He's being treated for a concussion, but we'll see where that goes. Some guys come back quickly, some guys don't, so we'll just have to see where that's at."
Colt McCoy finished the game and would start if Weeden is unable to play Week 13. The Browns are at the Raiders in what is a pretty good matchup. Either starter would be a QB2 at best.
