Ravens injured outside linebacker Terrell Suggs isn’t sure if he’ll play Sunday against the Washington Redskins but he does expect to play again this season.
“I haven’t ruled [playing this week] out of my mind yet, but I think definitely I will continue to line up at some point this season,” Suggs said today. “It all depends on when it starts to get better and how much I can really do on it.”
Asked if he considered shutting it down for the rest of the season, Suggs said, “That’s not an option for me.”
Suggs tore his right biceps in the fourth quarter of the Ravens’ 23-20 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday. He said he got a second opinion yesterday that confirmed the diagnosis of a biceps tear.
