Jaguars RB Rashad Jennings (concussion) did not practice Wednesday. HC Mike Mularkey said Jennings failed his concussion test. Maurice Jones-Drew (foot) did not practice Wednesday. "I'd be very surprised if he can run like we want him to run." It appears Montell Owens will get another start this week, but may not see many carries against the Patriots.
