49ers TE Vernon Davis has gained clearance from an independent neurologist and the 49ers' team physician and resumed non-contact football activity Thursday after sustaining a concussion.

The next step for Davis to receive clearance to play Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals is to remain symptom-free after non-contact football work. Davis was expected to take part in limited practice Thursday afternoon.

Keenan Allen is questionable with an ankle injury. He was limited on Friday, his first day on the participation report.

Separate reports called Swift "very likely" to play, but this is seemingly a new issue for Allen.

If Keenan were to miss Week 12, it would boost the floor of all pass-catchers, namely Moore, Oduzne, and Cole Kmet. Moore + Odunze would sneak closer to WR2 territory than their low-end WR3 designations they have with a healthy Allen.
