Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer was asked who would start at QB for the Browns.

I still get the feeling the Browns would like to upgrade if they can. But their options are limited. The only quality veterans expected to be available are the three Matts: Matt Flynn, Matt Cassel and Matt Moore. Cassel isn't currently on their front burner and Moore is believed to have other destinations in mind. The draft class is generally viewed as weak, and with Colt McCoy set to make more than $2.3 million in 2013, he might get the chance to seek greener pastures. So for now, I think Brandon Weeden is still their best option, but they'll keep their eyes and ears open.

Fantasy Impact:

Weeden has a strong arm, which should fit nicely with Norv Turner's vertical passing attack. It's not easy to upgrade at QB so the Browns may give Weeden another year to progress.
