The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed potential restricted free agent LeGarrette Blount to a one-year contract extension.

The team has announced the move. But a source said Blount will receive $1.25 million in base salary. He also can earn a $350,000 reporting bonus and a $150,000 workout bonus.

Fantasy Impact:

Blount will continue to serve as Doug Martin's primary backup.
