Titans sign Ryan Fitzpatrick

The Tennessee Titans agreed to terms on Monday night on a two-year deal with former Buffalo Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, a person with knowledge of the deal told USA TODAY Sports.

Fantasy Impact:

The Titans also cut Matt Hasselbeck, so Fitzpatrick will back up Jake Locker or perhaps compete with Locker for the starting job. We do not see this as a vote of confidence for Locker.
