WR Jacoby Jones is on inactive/NFI list because he failed the Ravens' conditioning test.

Fantasy Impact:

Jones is the de facto frontrunner for WR2 duties opposite Torrey Smith, but this is obviously not a great start. He has disappointed when given an opportunity to start in Houston and will probably disappoint again.
