Darren Urban of azcardinals.com said he's been asked a couple of times and doesn't think RB Ryan Williams will be able to unseat Rashard Mendenhall as the starter.

Fantasy Impact:

Urban added that he thinks Williams has a chance to get playing time, especially because Williams' blocking ability has already been praised by Carson Palmer. But we've had previous news posts about Mendenhall being an every-down back so that will likely keep Williams' value in check.
