Blaine Gabbert injured at practice

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert suffered a right ankle sprain late in practice on Monday.

Gabbert dropped back to pass and got his feet tangled up with lineman Uche Nwaneri. The QB fell to the ground quickly and then got up and was helped off the field with trainers.

Gabbert walked to the Jaguars cool zone under his own power, but was carted to the locker room.

Fantasy Impact:

Gabbert was struggling badly in camp leading up to the injury and head coach Gus Bradley is apparently already frustrated. Locked in a battle with Chad Henne for the starting job, this could be a blow to his chances if the injury keeps him out of action. Both Gabbert and Henne are buried deep on our QB list.
