Cardinals QB Carson Palmer (right elbow, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 14. Palmer said the elbow injury impacted his performance in the Eagles game, so this is something to watch this week. It looks like he’ll start, but the bad matchup and the injury make Palmer a dicey fantasy play.
