Bears QB Jay Cutler (ankle, probable) took full practice reps again Friday and is probable for Week 15. Cutler will start in Week 15. He was the #6 QB through the first six weeks of the season and he has a nice matchup with the Browns, who are #23 in QB aFPA. Week 14’s Offensive Player of the Week Josh McCown heads to the bench.
