Giants WR Victor Cruz (knee, concussion) did not practice Wednesday. Cruz is expected to miss Week 16. Rueben Randle will get a bump to starter’s snaps while Jerrel Jernigan will play in three-WR sets. Randle is an interesting start, but the Giants' passing game has been brutal for most of the season, so he carries some risk.
