Jets coach Rex Ryan is resigned to being extended only through 2015. Will use it as motivation, believing team will win in 2014.

While the Jets run D was one of the best, opponents were able to air it out against the Jets. On offense, Geno Smith will need to greatly improve in order for the Jets to be a winning team.
