The Panthers are attempting to trade WR Steve L Smith, per source. Given his $7M cap number and age (34), seems unlikely.

Fantasy Impact:

If they can't trade him, it's likely he'll be cut. It's going to be strange to see Smith wearing another uniform. With Smith likely gone, there is going to be a ton of opportunity in the Carolina passing game.
