Bengals plan to match 4-yr, $12.2M offer sheet that includes $5.3M guaranteed that Cincinnati RFA WR Andrew Hawkins signed with Cleveland.

Fantasy Impact:

It sounds as if Hawkins will be returning to the slot in Cincinnati. He showed playmaking ability in his second year (51-533-4), but struggled with a foot injury in 2013. He's already 28 years old.

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
