Bills RB C.J. Spiller is optimistic about how his ankle has come around since the end of the 2013 season.

“The ankle has been responding pretty well since the offseason started being able to plant and cut so I definitely feel that explosion coming back to how I was in 2012,” he said.

Fantasy Impact:

Spiller, of course, dealt with a high ankle sprain for most of last season and lacked his trademark burst and elusiveness. He turned out to be a big disappointment for where he was likely drafted in fantasy leagues. Spiller's value is down compared to last year and we have him 15th in our early season rankings.
