Week 7 Essential NFL Practice News & Notes for Thursday

Raiders QB Derek Carr (ankle, knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Carr should be fine to face the Cardinals.

Redskins QB Robert Griffin III (ankle) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Griffin won’t be back in Week 7, but Week 8 is starting to look like a possibility.

Titans QB Jake Locker (right hand) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Even if Locker gets the start, he isn’t a trustworthy play despite the nice matchup.

Cardinals QB Carson Palmer (right shoulder) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Palmer should be fine to face his old team this week.

Cowboys QB Tony Romo (back, ankle) returned to full practice reps Thursday after missing Wednesday. This is a normal schedule for Romo.

Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle) took full practice reps Thursday after being limited Wednesday. Tannehill is fully expected to play against the Bears.
