Louis Rankin will be active and Seattle will not only take a look at him as a running back, but also a kickoff returner.
"What Louis adds is the element of speed," Mora said. "The man is extremely fast and shifty, and on a daily basis we watch him give our defense a real test. We want to see that."

He replaces Edgerrin James, who was released Tuesday.
