Source says '99% chance' Johnny Manziel starts Week 15

Had a source connected to the Browns QB decision estimate there is a 99% chance Manziel starts Sun. Maybe even 99.5%

Fantasy Impact:

Keep in mind it's not an official word from the team even though La Canfora is a solid source. The Browns were in command against Indy in Week 14, but blew a lead and a key game for their playoff hopes.
