Demaryius Thomas finished Sunday's season opener with seven catches for 60 yards and a sore hand. He said he planned to have his hand X-rayed after injuring it during the game.
C.J. Anderson said he suffered a sprained toe, although he didn't miss much time. The Broncos' starting running back slogged through tough runs against the Ravens' stout defense, gaining 29 yards on 12 carries. Ronnie Hillman led the Broncos with 41 yards on 12 attempts. The Broncos rushed 25 times, with 11 coming on their final scoring drive.
The injuries don't appear to be serious but we'll monitor Thomas' X-ray and the results. Anderson struggled a bit running the ball but the red-hot Ronnie Hillman stood out again, so this is potentially something to monitor.
