Redskins coach Jay Gruden said he felt optimistic about Jackson’s chances, but said he has felt that way before and been wrong. Jackson still has not sprinted full speed since the injury. He ran deep routes and participated in positional drills on Wednesday.
“I feel like I’m at that point now where I’m ready to be able to be out there and get things accomplished and get things done,” Jackson told reporters in Washington.
Fantasy Impact:
If Jackson plays, he'll likely be ranked as a high-end WR3 in standard formats. He's had a long layoff and it's not a good matchup against the Jets.
