There was some hope Dez Bryant would return in Week 7, but he never practiced in the days leading up to the game. Bryant said he “felt real good” working out before his teammates faced the Giants and that he’s hopeful that he can take the next step when the Cowboys face the Seahawks next weekend.
“I don’t honestly think that it has to be all the way 100 percent for me to get back on the field,” Bryant said, via the Dallas Morning News. “That’s my choice, we’re going to see about it. If I can go, I’m going to go.”
The Cowboys resume their practice schedule on Wednesday and Bryant will likely have to be a participant in some or all of this week’s workouts before he gets the green light. Bryant was often seen running on the sideline during the game, including his spat with Greg Hardy.
