Scouting report

HOU RB Arian Foster - Week 13, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 – Arian Foster vs. Tennessee Titans
After missing the past two games with a sore groin, Arian Foster will try to give it another go this week at home. Foster has been a beast when healthy this season, but injuries have limited his playing time. In Week 8 at Tennessee, Arian dominated the Titans, totaling 173 yards and three TDs. So, if he’s active he should definitely be started, but keep an eye on the injury report. At least Houston is part of the early slate of games on Sunday, allowing you to adjust your roster accordingly.

HOU RB Arian Foster - Week 12, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 – Arian Foster vs. Cincinnati Bengals
Arian Foster’s injured groin kept him off the field last Sunday in Cleveland. After two weeks off, he's been practicing this week and is going to try to play on Sunday; but don’t be surprised if he doesn’t take his full workload as Alfred Blue was a beast against the Browns. Cincinnati is 28th in the league at stopping the run, so as long as Foster is a go, he should be started.

HOU RB Arian Foster - Week 11, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 – Arian Foster vs. Cleveland Browns
Arian Foster left the game two weeks ago with a groin injury, so the bye week for the Texans came at the right time. In the eight games he’s played in this season, Arian has run for over 800 yards and scored 10 times. The Cleveland defense has struggled against the run, allowing 134 yards per game on the ground. But, it's sounding like Foster is not going to be on the field on Sunday.

HOU RB Arian Foster - Week 9, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 – Arian Foster vs. Philadelphia Eagles
In the win over the Titans last week, Arian Foster dominated before being shut down in the fourth quarter. He rushed for 151 yards on 20 carries, collected four receptions for 22 yards and totaled three TDs. Arian has been over the century mark in four straight, registering eight touchdowns during that span. Of course you are going to start him every week, especially against an Eagles defense that is 21st at stopping the run.

HOU RB Arian Foster - Week 8, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 – Arian Foster vs. Tennessee Titans
Last Monday in Pittsburgh, Arian Foster busted through the Steelers defense for 102 rushing yards on 20 carries, as well as 13 receiving yards and a score. Arian had a costly second quarter fumble near his own goal line that helped swing the momentum toward Pittsburgh. He’s been over the century mark in five of the six games he’s played in this season, scoring six time along the way. Tennessee allows 124 yards per game on the ground, so expect another good outing from Foster on Sunday.

HOU RB Arian Foster - Week 7, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 – Arian Foster vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
In the game versus Indy last Thursday, Arian Foster had his second straight 100-yard, two TD outing, but it wasn’t enough as the Texans lost by five. Foster finished with 109 yards on 20 carries and also registered 32 receiving yards. He’s rushed for over the century mark in four of the five contests he’s played in this season, with five scores. Arian will have a few extra days this week for his hamstring to heal and should be fully healthy at Pittsburgh. Be sure to keep him in your lineup versus a Steelers D that allows 111 yards per game on the ground.

HOU RB Arian Foster - Week 6, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 – Arian Foster vs. Indianapolis Colts
It looks like Arian Foster’s hamstring injury isn’t much of a concern anymore, as he plowed through the Cowboys last week for 157 yards and two scores. Foster carried the ball 23 times compared to just five for Alfred Blue. Arian looks to be back to his usual self in a great matchup with the Colts. The main concern is the short week for Foster, suiting up on Thursday after 25 touches on Sunday. Regardless, Foster should be started in all leagues.
