Divisional Round – Brenton Bersin vs. Seattle
Brenton Bersin had a nice soccer-style block on an early punt that created a turnover last week against the Cardinals, and he bobbled one later. He did end up catching one pass for six yards, but his carelessness with the football is discerning for a guy already fourth on the WR depth chart. If Philly Brown isn’t available, then Bersin will see more looks, but even then, fantasy owners should look elsewhere.

Brenton Bersin didn’t catch a pass last week, and while he showed some flashes this season as an emerging route runner with sure hands, he ultimately doesn’t get enough snaps or targets to warrant starting in any fantasy formats.

Brenton Bersin had one catch and 14 yards last week. Bersin is a garbage time backup receiver for the Panthers, and in a game against the Falcons this week that decides the division title, it’s unlikely he’ll get extended game action. Leave him on waivers.

Week 16 – Brenton Bersin vs. Cleveland
Brenton Bersin had zero catches last week and was only targeted once as the Panthers defeated the Bucs. Bersin has earned his spot as the fourth receiver on the depth chart, but his fantasy value is limited by that slot and he’s not likely to threaten the starting lineup, making him a guy that should stay on waivers in all league formats.

Week 13 – Brenton Bersin vs. Minnesota

Brenton Bersin didn’t catch a pass against the Falcons in Week 11, but he’s been a decent garbage time player for the Panthers, and with the recent release of Jason Avant, has moved up at least to fourth on the depth chart. Fantasy owners shouldn’t add him yet, but his name is worth remembering in case he makes a further push for snaps.
